Be prepared to fall in love with these two senior sisters!

Koko (fawn) was not entirely sure of the new face at the vet last night. She warily eyed them, and walked a wide circle around them. Then suddenly? She decided everything was OK, and she marched right up to the vet (who was sitting on the floor) for a head scratch. Jazzy (black), her sister, stood right next to him the entire time - totally sure she loved him completely. Though they had just met. 

That's what these two funny senior girls are like.

Koko needs to appraise the situation first, Jazzy jumps right in. They are a pair of bonded sisters - 13 years young. They have just come from the vet where they were given a clean bill of health. They are both updated, and spayed and waiting, somewhat impatiently, for their forever home.

Did we mention they are bonded? They are. Jazzy moreso than Koko. But the girls snuggle together and love to be together. Koko has that white face and perfect pug ears - Jazzy is....well - she is about the cutest little thing you'll ever see. Jazzy walks with a jaunt, as she has an old spinal cord injury - but she gets around and has been known to RUN after a squirrel. They are both housetrained, though the spinal cord injury means that Jazzy is somewhat unaware of when she poops, but it's on a regular schedule and easy to pick up. She's on a new food which will help with that too. For a pair of 13 year old, they are in good health - only requiring eye drops (Koko) at the moment. 

These two are very adaptable, and friendly pugs waiting for their forever home.

JAZZY & KOKO'S REQUIREMENTS

• ok with a calm companion dog


• home has no children or older than 10


• shouldn't be left for >5 or 6 hrs *provided they have been let outside right before leaving


• easy one level living for these girls, though a few stairs is ok


• Koko can do a few stairs down but can do 8 stairs up. 


• Jazzy must be carried up and down stairs (she can hop up one stair though)


• owner must administer eyedrops for Koko


• they love being outside, so regular outside time important
